Hi,
I am a experienced software testing engineer and presently i am working with Indian based small software organization. I Started my career with a small company that is not in bangalore and has 5 to 6 employees and i started getting problem from one of PM. And i quit the job and i was paid very less and no salary slip or bank account. Then i started hunting jobs and i asked my PM if i can extend my experience to cover up the gap built during recession and he said yes. As i got in one of good MNC i had to get a fake payslip and extended experience certificate and i did it. As the MNC started verification everything was well except the experience and payslip and x-company PM called me saying you had to take certificate from me. I tried resigning the MNC but new PM was very impressed on my skill set and he tried saving me but i had decided to be faithful in career and i had been terminated. After that i got in small company with satisfied salary being polite with the geniun experience. But i have fear of my past termination. Am i still safe or i have already ruined my career and have to be working in this company life long ?
